Should you choose to join us at Hazelwell, our dedicated team will gently introduce you to your new home. We will introduce you to your keyworker and a bespoke care plan will be agreed, Chef will pop in to have a chat about what you like to eat and you’ll be guided round your new home. There’s a lot to see and do at Hazelwell, you are invited to take your time to explore and settle in.
