Prior to your arrival, our Home Manager, Sue Ball, will be delighted to have a chat with you to discuss your needs and requirements and tell you more about the wealth of facilities we have available to our residents. Should you choose to join us at The Hazelwell, our dedicated team will gently settle you into your new home. We will introduce you to your key worker and a bespoke care plan will be agreed, Chef will pop in to have a chat about what you like to eat and you’ll be guided round your new home to see all the facilities available. There’s a lot to see and do at The Hazelwell, you are invited to take your time to explore and settle in.
