Registered General Nurses (RGN)  

We are seeking to recruit Registered General Nurses to join our friendly team. We have two roles available, one for 36 hours a week on day shift and one for 48 hours a week on night shift. We are also happy to receive applications to work part-time to cover the night shift.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be motivated to offer the highest standards of care and be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required.

Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed.

Applicants will be a qualified RGN / RMN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Excellent communication skills are essential . Current NMC Registration is necessary and a DBS check also applies to this role.

Experience in care for the elderly would be advantageous for this role. We offer excellent rates of pay and a first-class working environment, coupled with being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.

Care Assistant

We are recruiting for a passionate and committed Care Assistant to join our team – the role is full time to work night shift.

The home provides excellent standards of care for elderly residents, including those with dementia. Our approach is not just meeting the care needs of residents but exceeding their expectations and ensuring their health, wellbeing and interests are always of paramount importance.

Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for our residents, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating their individual requirements.

You’ll also be closely involved in the general activities of the home and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of the people you are looking after.

Applicants must have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively and fluently at all levels. A satisfactory DBS check applies to this role.

Cleaner

We are recruiting for a Cleaner to join our friendly team - the role is full time, 30 hours per week. Previous experience is essential for this role.

Successful applicants will maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the home. This includes residents’ rooms, communal rooms such as the library and sitting rooms, as well as the reception and office areas, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. You will also be trained to work within the laundry.
