From the moment you arrive at The Hazelwell Care Home our team is on hand to ensure that your stay is welcoming and comfortable. Prior to your arrival, our Home Manager will be delighted to have a chat with you to discuss your needs and requirements and tell you more about the wealth of facilities we have available to our residents.

You will be introduced to your key worker and a bespoke care plan will be agreed, our Chef will pop in to have a chat about what you like to eat and you’ll be guided round your new home to see all the facilities available.

We have a courteous, incredibly compassionate team who can assist you and customise your care plan as needed if requirements change over time.

Residential Care FAQs

Residential care is ideal for those who require permanent accommodation and would benefit from the option of having around-the-clock support with personal care and some medical needs. It is also great for those who would benefit from group living. Nursing care also provides 24-hour care and support but also includes additional help from registered nurses who are accessible to administer medication and medical treatment at all hours of the day and night.

Our care professionals regularly monitor and assess resident care plans. If your care needs change while living with us at The Hazelwell Care Home, then our team will work with you and your family to adjust your care plan as necessary to ensure your needs are being met. The Hazewell provides a continuum of care meaning should your needs change, you will not have to move to a different care facility.

At The Hazelwell Care Home, you can expect around-the-clock support with both medical care and personal wellbeing. We also provide housekeeping, dining, an activities programme, and in-house facilities such as a cinema room, outdoor areas, rooftop salon and more.
