We are delighted to share the wonderful news that our accommodation services have been rated as Good following a recent assessment by Wirral Borough Council. This result reflects the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our entire team, who work tirelessly to ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable and truly at home.

The inspection was carried out under the PAMMS framework (Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution), which is used by local authorities to monitor the quality and sustainability of social care services. This is a thorough process that looks at a range of important areas, including how we deliver our care services, the safety and comfort of our environment and how well we support residents’ individual needs and preferences.

This rating is something for all of us to be proud of, and it confirms that we are delivering services that meet the high standards expected by both the council and the families who trust us to care for their loved ones. For our team, however, this is more than a measure of compliance. It is a reflection of the warmth and respect that is at the heart of everything we do.

We recognise that care is about much more than meeting basic needs. It is about creating a home where people feel valued, respected and understood. Our residents deserve to enjoy the highest quality of life, and this result reassures families that we are committed to making each day meaningful, safe and full of opportunities for comfort and companionship.

While we are pleased with this recognition, we will not stop here. We are always looking at ways we can further enhance the services we offer, from developing new activities and well-being initiatives to making our home environment even more inviting.
