The latest tool we are adding to our resources is 'Nourish', the award-winning digital care system that supports our team in offering the very best in person-centred care to our residents, whose overall health and wellbeing are our main priority. We are incredibly delighted to implement Nourish and are very proud of this partnership.
Nourish has been implemented here at our care home in order to help record and monitor our resident's individualised care plans. From the initial care assessments we carry out prior to a resident joining our care home and throughout their entire time with us, Nourish will be used to empower our staff with data that will help us better understand the needs of each of our residents.
These insights are based on greater visibility for monitoring, analysing, and improving care practices and will support our teams in making decisions and ensuring resident-focused care is always carried out.
The handsets in which Nourish is accessed look similar to mobile phones and allow for our care team to accurately record at the point of care, meaning they are able to spend more quality time with our residents as opposed to having to manually update care plans.
The accuracy and timeliness of recording data will further provide reassurance to residents and their loved ones regarding the care and support they are receiving.
